This artifact is a video which serves a valuable purpose toward being a change agent. As change agents, my partner and I met up to share our stories and how we can support one another. My job in this project was to bring the PowerPoint to a video format to give it a more engaging feel to it. I used a screen recording app so that I could record our presentation. I also uploaded it to YouTube as a way of preserving my work and being able to look back on it as I continue my learning well after grad school. We both taught the same unit since we were third grade teachers at the time. We collaborated on ways to have students demonstrate multiple means of representation in their assignments, which is a common goal among teachers when planning lessons. This also served our individual goals since our classes were at various levels of abilities, therefore we exchanged ideas to help meet students at their levels. This is useful to educators who are seeking ways to have students demonstrate multiple means of learning on assignments within their own classroom.
