• This artifact fits under the Designer standard as well since it was based on designing a learning curriculum that demonstrates the topic. This project serves as professional learning for colleagues since each group was assigned a different principle to model for the class. This curriculum supports social emotional needs since it is delivered in a personalized manner. The avatar is friendly and does not use commanding language to guide learners through the course. Also, I focused on the details of adding friendly feedback to keep learners relaxed. Learners’ needs are addressed since they are allowed to try again on questions rather than just being told they are wrong. The goal is to learn rather than pressure people into feeling like they are being tested for competency. Looking back, this project was something I will use to demonstrate that even with limited resources, it is possible to still create a personalized lesson that supports students along with their needs.
