• The outline of my artifact fits under the Designer standard as well since it was based on designing a learning curriculum that demonstrates the topic. This map serves as a basis for my professional learning design for colleagues since each group was assigned a different principle to model for the class. This outline lays out how my partner and I planned to design a lesson around learners’ social emotional needs since it is delivered in a personalized manner. The script within the slideshow is friendly and does not use commanding language to guide learners through the course. Also, I added friendly feedback to keep learners relaxed. I addressed learners’ since they are allowed to try again on questions rather than just being told they are wrong. My job was to assess the learners in an effective way. My goal was to aid learners in understanding the material via a personalized approach through an embodied aspect. This project ended up going very well since the final product ended up a success. There are still things I wish I could add, such as different races/genders within the project, but being in graduate school, you only have what resources are in your budget and immediate facility.
