    • This standard involves curating a collection of resources that reflect the diversity of the learning community. We analyzed our school community and determined which books would be best for us to select.
    • The project focuses on selecting and recommending books on climate change, with an emphasis on diverse authors and characters. By choosing books where students could see themselves in the material, we determined which selections would engage students best.
    • By prioritizing diverse representation, the project demonstrates an understanding of the importance of curating resources that are relevant and engaging for all learners.
