Scope and Summary: This report is based on determining the effectiveness of library media specialists in relation to student achievement and motivation. The study examines the impact of school library programs, services, and resources on student learning achievement and motivation, as well as the people’s perceptions of school library media specialists and the influence they have on technology use.
